We help clients coordinate travel logistics, relocation planning, accommodation sourcing, and workspace recommendations. All third-party bookings are subject to the individual terms of airlines, hotels, co-working spaces, or property owners.
3.3 Business Setup & Compliance
We offer consultations for setting up businesses, opening bank accounts where possible, and organising tax or compliance information. We are not a law firm, and we do not provide legal, tax, or accounting services.
3.4 Remote Work Systems
We provide solutions and recommendations for digital workflows, cybersecurity, remote team structures, and productivity systems. Implementation of recommendations is the responsibility of the client.
3.5 Digital Nomad Programs & Membership
Some portions of our services may include community platforms, events, mentorship, and exclusive member resources.

4. Payment Terms
- All fees must be paid in accordance with the pricing provided at the time of purchase.

- The client is responsible for all charges, taxes, and conversion fees associated with their payment method.

6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

- Availability of accommodations or workspaces
- Uninterrupted platform performance
- Accuracy of third-party information
Clients use our Services at their own risk.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate any user account or engagement if:
- The client violates these Terms
- Fraud, abuse, or misuse is detected
- Required by law or regulatory authorities
Upon termination, all outstanding fees remain due, and access to services may be discontinued.
